Management Responsibilities

Management is responsible for:

  • Providing safe systems of work and adequate resources
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety policies and procedures
  • Conducting regular risk assessments and implementing controls
  • Providing appropriate training and supervision
  • Investigating incidents and implementing corrective actions
  • Maintaining a culture of safety excellence

Employee Responsibilities

All employees are responsible for:

  • Taking reasonable care for their own health and safety
  • Taking reasonable care for the health and safety of others
  • Following health and safety policies, procedures, and instructions
  • Reporting hazards, incidents, and near misses
  • Participating in health and safety training and consultation
  • Using personal protective equipment (PPE) as required

Product Safety

We are committed to providing safe products that:

  • Meet or exceed Australian safety standards and regulations
  • Are properly designed, manufactured, and tested
  • Include clear safety instructions and warnings
  • Are suitable for their intended use
  • Are properly maintained and inspected

Risk Management
